Resolves Yes if the bilateral U.S.–Saudi agreement for peaceful nuclear cooperation under Section 123 of the Atomic Energy Act has entered into force and become legally operative between the two governments after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
