Resolves Yes if any New York Times reporter whose alleged offense arises from newsgathering, publication, source protection, or compliance with investigative demands concerning the Times’s July 2026 reporting on the security of the Qatari-donated aircraft used as Air Force One has been formally charged with any crime in federal court after Issuance and before Sep 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
