If LaMelo Ball is announced as a starter for the first regular season game for Minnesota but doesn't actually start the game due to injury or any other reason, the market resolves to No. Resolution is based solely on who starts the first regular season game for Minnesota. It is not affected by whether LaMelo Ball retires, signs with another team, or is traded away from Minnesota before that game. Resolves Yes if LaMelo Ball starts the game for the Minnesota Pro Basketball team in their first game of the 2026-27 Pro Basketball regular season, then the market resolves to Yes.
