Resolves Yes if a binding U.S. federal measure takes effect that generally prohibits or requires federal authorization for private U.S. persons or companies to access, host, or deploy Kimi K3 or a successor Kimi model after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
