API Developer Agreement

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This agreement supplements the Terms of Service and governs programmatic access to the exchange through the trading API. By generating an API key you agree to these terms.

1. API keys

Keys are issued per member and must not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for all activity performed with your keys, including by software you run. Rotate keys immediately if you suspect compromise.

2. Acceptable use

Respect published rate limits. Do not probe, scan or load-test production systems, attempt to access other members' data, or interfere with exchange operations. Market-manipulation rules apply equally to automated and manual trading.

3. Market data

Real-time data received through the API is for your own trading. Redistribution, resale or public rebroadcast requires a separate data license.

4. Availability and changes

The API is provided as-is; endpoints, schemas and limits may change with notice through the developer changelog. We may throttle or suspend access that degrades service for other members.

5. Liability

You bear all risk from automated trading, including losses caused by bugs in your software, connectivity failures or stale data. Nothing in this agreement limits obligations you owe under exchange rules.
