Senior Software Engineer, Exchange Core

You'll work on the matching engine at the heart of the exchange — the system that pairs every order and settles every contract, at microsecond latency and regulated-market reliability.

What you'll do

• Design and ship low-latency order matching and risk systems
• Own services end to end: architecture, code, deploys, on-call
• Work with regulators-facing teams to keep audit trails bulletproof
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on code quality

What we're looking for

• 5+ years building high-throughput backend systems
• Deep experience with Go, Rust or C++ in production
• Comfort with distributed-systems tradeoffs and failure modes
• Interest in markets — trading experience a plus
